ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an international electronic component manufacturer based in Shenzhen.
Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Director of Manufacturing Operations
Travelling:
N/A
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for overseeing and directing the quality engineering, quality assurance, and quality control departments for company product categories produced in Asia
+ Responsible for ensuring that quality policy, processes, documentation and reporting are being maintained and performed at the highest level
+ Coordinating audits and inspections, and maintaining regulatory compliance documentation
+ Manage a team of managers and supervisors, and is responsible for their daily coordination and work
+ Train the inspector and supplier in order to enhance them operation skills and professional knowledge for supplier development
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above degree in Electro-Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering / Quality
+ At least 6 years of experience in the manufacturing of consumer electronics with more than 3 years managerial position
+ Experience working for an international brand in either OEM or ODM manufacturing
+ Willing to travel
+ Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English are required (both oral and written)
