ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Provides leadership to Finance Department including budget preparation, audit function, month-end closing, forecasts etc.
+ Responsible for preparing and controlling of the budget on annual and monthly basis including forecast of sales, costs and all the operation activities for multiple sites
+ Oversee month and year-end closing to meet all deadlines and internal /external reporting requirements by working with Finance Share Service Center Implement internal control system by ensuring that LT policies and procedures (including Group Operating Rules) are adhered to throughout all sites
+ Create an effective and proactive financial team with respect to planning and reporting. Reconcile the gap between local and headquarter reporting
+ Provide detailed gross margin, F&D, inventory & DPO analysis on monthly basis and drive corrective actions within the organization
+ Provide direct support to operation team on both strategic and operational initiatives
+ Improve the standard cost practice to establish a standard cost system that enables consistency and transparency among sites
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree of Finance or Accounting with CPA qualification or equivalent professional certificate
+ At least 5 years of experience managing a full function finance team in high volume manufacturing industry working environment
+ Strong capacity of interact with senior to high level management and able to think strategically and perform long range planning
+ Excellent analytical, planning and organization skills
+ Knowledge in local and HK tax regulation
+ Fluent oral and written in English
