ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an international electronic component manufacturer.
Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Quality Manager
Travelling:
About 60%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the existing supplier, and develop new supplier, in order to satisfy our quality request, new line request and cost saving request
+ Regular audit supplier's quality assurance system and process in order to meet company’s quality standards
+ Track and confirm supplier improvement report (8D) and the implementation effect
+ Handle incoming parts' quality issue; evaluate the validity of supplier improvement actions in order to improve supplier quality level
+ Assess supplier performance, lead and invite the meeting with worst supplier by monthly in order to enhance supplier management
+ Train the inspector and supplier in order to enhance them operation skills and professional knowledge for supplier development
+ Monitor supplier Critical processes / dimension by SPC to improve process capability.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above degree in Electro-Mechanical/ Mechanical Engineering / Quality
+ More than 4 years SQE or Quality management experience in international high volume manufactures company
+ Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949,VDA 6.3, SPC, QC tools and 6 sigma
+ Knowledge and hands-on experience in stamping, molding, heat treatment etc.
+ Native Chinese Mandarin speaker
+ Fluent oral and written in English
