Our client is an international EMS company with more than 30 years experience. The company develops and manufactures electronic products, supporting customers for full cycle Electronics Manufacturing Service.

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and drive excellent manufacturing principles and concepts across the factor

+ Define technologies and processes for manufacturing

+ Develop and deploy electronics strategy to achieve outstanding performances

+ Work closely with engineering team to establish the best design parameters for optimized Manufacture /Assembly (DFM/DFA)

+ Define workforce competency strategies, and develop program to improve staff’s skill on Electronics products and processes

+ Execute actions to drive continuous improvement of knowledge on product/quality/testing standards throughout the factory

+ Lead and coach the factory on the environmental requirements related to storage, usage, processing and disposal of all electronics components and waste

Requirements:

+ BSc in Electronics Engineering or other related fields

+ 10 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Design

+ PCBA manufacturing and testing experience

+ Excellent organizational skill

+ Strong communication skill

+ Good at setting targets, evaluating results and driving improvements

+ Good ability to build team spirit and to establish good relationship with operation teams

+ Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English
