ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A famous foreign base Semiconductor company, focusing on the area of Automotive/ Consumer Electronic/ Computing
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Guangdong, Guangdong Province, China
# of subordinates:
5
Reporting to:
Department Head
Team size:
15
Travelling:
Will depends on work requirements
Responsibilities:
+ In charge of the Back end process
+ Responsible for the process optimization and the technical improvement
+ Guide engineer on trouble shooting with DOE approach, problem solving, report writing & presentation skills
+ Cooperate with other department for the technical issue
+ Expert in the Semiconductor back end process (Singulation/ marking/ Molding)
+ Lead the NPI team, lead the sr. engineer to handle singulation process
+ Report the project status to the head quarter
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or above in Engineering/ Material Science/ Mechanical or related major
+ At least 8+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry
+ Hands on working experience in the Cu wire and Au wire project
+ With related experience in the USB/ Memory is preferred
+ Solid project management experience, capable in manage a technical team
+ Solid experience in Package Package Process
+ Knowledge of Statistical data analysis tools
+ Familiar with the equipment and fixture
+ Well verse with machine operation & tooling design function
+ Good in both English and Chinese
