JOB OPPORTUNITY:
As a Senior Consultant in our SHENZHEN office you will be responsible for the development of client relationships (business development) and delivery of recruitment services (recruitment consultancy). Key elements of the role include advising clients on searches, screening and sourcing suitable candidates via different channels and development of new business opportunities.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
+ At least 3 years of working experience as a 360 degrees recruiter (with a recruitment company)
+ Deep experience in contingency based recruitment
+ Proven track record of active client acquisition (business development) in China
+ Fluent in English & Chinese
