ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is an European company specialized in the production of carbon fiber composites for the automotive industry for high-end auto makers such as VW, Audi and BMW.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Managing Director
Travelling:
Upon work requirements
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Establish, implement, maintain and ensure continual improvement of quality management system to conform to ISO standard
+ Promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
+ Organize, coordinate and follow up company KPI to meet business goal
+ Manage quality assurance processes from incoming quality from supplier, in-process production and outgoing company product quality to customers
+ Plan, lead, review, support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis
+ Develop, implement and maintain a robust reporting system of company performance to CAC management at appropriate intervals.
+ Maintain ISO certification
+ Customer PPM
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering field
+ At least 6 years experience in automotive industrial or Aircraft Industry
+ Direct experience with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, 7 QC tools, TQM, SPC and other problem solving techniques, etc.
+ Good in process & statistical control and familiar with various sampling plans
+ Computer and PC literature, MS Office, MS Visio
+ Certified Lead Auditor on ISO-9001
+ Have a good systematic thinking, analytical skill and adhere to data driven approach
+ Good leadership skill on communication, presentation, interpersonal skill and others those are necessary to do this job without conflict
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English (both written and spoken)
+ Additional German language will be an advantage
