ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Drives innovation process for new products, new applications and new application technologies.
+ Ensures that new products fulfill all technical requirements for launch
+ Coordinates budgeting for innovation activities
+ Ensures the achievement of synthesis related deliverables within the agreed time and budget and might involve other functions for execution of subtasks
+ Contributes for Idea finding for innovation
+ Supports R&D budgeting process
+ Performance, starting point formulation, documentation and specification of new products/new applications/new application technologies
+ Manages lab technicians and lab operation.
Requirements
+ Master degree in chemistry
+ More than 8 to 10 years in paint industry
+ More than 5 years experience in an R&D organization for paint development
+ Understanding of the markets needs in regards to products and innovation in which the business is active
+ Ability to develop the competency of subordinates
+ Fluent English skill
