Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Translation of customer needs to product offerings by companying/recommending in-house solutions
+ Provide technical support to commercial team through application oriented offerings
+ Respond customer interaction in support of new product introduction
+ Team up with machinery and equipment manufacturers and distributors
+ Travel within South China and to other locations on demand

Requirements:

+ Major in engineering combined with a chemical background
+ Minimum 5 years of technical support experience in silicones industry
+ Minimum 3 years of chemical lab experiences
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ Capability to build up knowledge and experience in different industries and applications
+ Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen
