Operation VP and site GM

Travelling:

Upon work requirements

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for overall manufacturing continuous improvement and quality improvement
+ Make sure on-time delivery target
+ Inventory reduction and productivity increase
+ Improve manufacturing processes and layout
+ Manufacturing plan implementation
+ Control manufacturing target cost
+ Develop manufacturing team
+ Meet all EHS requirement

Requirements:

+ Engineering Degree in either Industry, Mechanics, Electronics
+ Thorough understanding of engineering and process improvement
+ Posses solid experience in team leadership and long term planning
+ At least 5 years leadership experience
+ Familiar with Quality system ISO14000 or equivalent
+ Familiar with Lean Manufacturing Practice, quality management, project management and material flow
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese Mandarin and English
