ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Client:
The client is a European leading company with aggressive growth over the globe in home appliance industry. To support their business expansion in China, they are looking for an experienced individual to join their category team based in Shanghai.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Category strategy development, including product range, positioning, and pricing, in accordance with corporation’s strategy
+ Product promotion plan development
+ EOL stock clearance
+ Work with region and other function team to develop new product in line with strategy
+ Consumer needs understanding
+ Consumer research. Focus group etc.
+ Business case analysis
+ Competition analysis, EAV, Value Chain. etc.
+ Product development process
+ Check point meeting requirements
+ Market message(USP) development
+ Marketing materials co-development
+ Internal Launch and External launch leading
+ Phase in /Phase out management
+ Follow up on the market feedback
Requirements:
+ Minimum 8-year similar work experience for new product development, project management and marketing management, home appliance industry would be a plus
+ Fluent verbal and written in Chinese Mandarin and English is a must
+ Leadership experience
+ Excellent communication skills
+ University Degree or above qualification
+ Mature and stable personality, self-motivated
