ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT FOR LEADING EUROPEAN AND AMERICAN EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Salary:

Reporting to:
Product Engineering Director
Responsibilities:
+ Develop the engineering & products department initiatives aligning with company strategic plans
+ Develop and maintain an effective, well-trained high performance mechanical and product engineer team to provide solid support on sales
+ Oversee the work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule and budget, and manage implementation and performance accordingly
+ Coordinate and solve technical problems during inquiry period and order fulfillment
+ Communicate complex technical issues and recommend solutions
+ Review and approve key engineering drawings and calculations
+ Work closely with headquarter to get technical support, and with all the related departments to implement the key initiatives to maximize profit and business growth
+ Develop, maintain and continuously improve department procedures and standards
+ Mentor engineers by providing appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development, performance feedback & career development plan
+ Plan, develop, coordinate and localize overseas products in local market
Requirements:
+ University or above Degree in engineering or related
+ At least 8-10 years demonstrated experience in engineering in Automotive industry
+ A good team player with mature personality to be able to work independently under pressure
+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills, both Chinese & English
+ A good team player with mature personality to be able to work independently under pressure
+ Good at Computer MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
