ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Client:
A Leading German Automotive Tier-1 Supplier Manufacturing Engine Components
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on qualification and experience)
Starting Date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shanghai, China
Reporting to:
Operations Director
Responsibilities:
+ Take responsibility for production management including production processing; production organization; production internal quality checks; production & cost control.
+ Supervise and operate the daily production activities
+ Lead and manage production teams to co-ordinate with other departments together to implement company business strategies
+ Prepare production plan and ensure the plans implemented timely by quality control, WIP control, raw material control, inventory control, and project time control, etc
+ Work closely with quality dept to improve the product quality and process. Assist with investigation and handling of quality accident
+ Implement 5S management and monitor process to improve the utilization of resources
+ Ensure the good maintenance of plant and workshop function and efficiency. Take part in responding on equipment emergency
Requirements:
+ University or above Degree in engineering or related
+ At least 7 years working experience with minimum 2 years of leadership experience
+ Working experience in the similar area from Automotive industry
+ Good knowledge in engine or chassis components and relevant production processes
+ Fluent English written and spoken skills
+ Great adaptability, a team-work as well as hands-on spirit
