Client:
Our client is a Leading Sports Apparel from Europe with 5 offices across China and they are looking for a Head of Audit to strengthen their Global Audit Team.

Salary:
Attractive Package (depending on experience)

Starting date:
As soon as possible

Location:
CBD Pudong in Shanghai

# of subordinates:
2 direct reports

Reporting to:
Regional Audit Committee

Team size:
4 team members

Travelling:
30% within China

Recruitment process:
3 Rounds of Face to Face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Deliver comprehensive risk management and internal audit assurance reviews according to company's policy
+ Provide effective business governance, enhance control and risk management
+ Support the embedding of governance, risk and compliance across the business by providing routine guidance to functional and business unit management
+ Develop, commit to and action a self-development programme, and contribute to the development of others in the team
+ Lead, manage and inspire your current team
+ Be the main point of contact for all audit and internal control related questions from the region and GH

Requirements:
+ Minimum of 12 years experience in MNC with exposure to management
+ Internal/external audit with detailed understanding of potential risks and controls
+ Familiar with external assurance methodologies
+ Experience with risk management
+ Business process understanding
+ Compliance experience
+ Experience with process improvement and project management
+ Global exposure in managing overseas reporting lines
+ Able to lead, motivate and inspire with strong leadership
+ Fluency in Chinese and English is critical
