ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a global leading Luxury Brand from US with a strong reputation in China. Currently our client is looking for a Finance Manager to support their financial development and global consolidation.
Salary:
Attractive Package (depending on experience)

Downtown location in Shanghai

3 direct reports
Reporting to:
Finance Controller
Team size:
8 team members
Travelling:
Limited
Recruitment process:
3 Rounds of Face to Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for all accounting transactions related to the general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, purchasing and fixed assets
+ Prepare and supervise the preparation of balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, data forecasts, cash flow data and other reports
+ Provide oversight and coordination of operating reports and statutory filings, establish and support financial controls
+ Support in development and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures
+ Support asset valuations, participate in budget planning process and cost accounting
Requirements:
+ University Degree in finance & accounting, MBA would be a plus
+ Above 6 years of relevant experience, at least 2 years as finance manager in multinational companies
+ CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent is highly considered, but not mandatory
+ Strong understanding of PRC GAAP; understanding of IFRS, US GAAP is a plus
+ Above average knowledge of ERP systems / Office software
+ Understands the impact systems can have on decision making, business planning and controls
+ Strong independent and teamwork capability
+ Fluent business English, speaking, writing and reading
+ Patient and accurate in routine job
