ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company. In order to benefit and support its fast expansion in East China Market and further development, our client is seeking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join in their professional finance team.
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Downtown location in Shanghai
# of subordinates:
3 direct reports
Reporting to:
CFO
Team size:
6 team members
Travelling:
Limited
Recruitment process:
3 Rounds of Face to Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Provide support and analysis on a wide variety of products and business performance in different location
+ Provide analysis report and recommendations to improve financial efficiency
+ Support in budget setting and follow-up assessment
+ Provide sensitive analysis in market reviews, pricing strategies
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in Finance, accounting or related, MBA is a plus
+ Above 5 years relevant work experience in multinational company
+ CPA, CFA or related qualification is a plus
+ Banking, Big 4 or consulting firm experience in financial analysis area is preferred
+ Strong analytical skills to design and manage financial assessments on performance trends
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to different level of staffs including senior management
+ Fluent in English and Mandarin, in oral and written
