ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a European listed company in the FMCG industry. It has wider and in-depth cooperation with domestic leading FMCG companies in Asia. Currently our client is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to be based in Shanghai.
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Downtown location in Shanghai
# of subordinates:
2 direct reports
Reporting to:
Head of Internal Audit
Team size:
5 team members
Travelling:
15% within China
Recruitment process:
3 Rounds of Face to Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Establish and explain internal audit regulations
+ Organize and implement the annual financial audit
+ Supervise and develop audit plan and documentation
+ To participate in the new plant project supervision and asset purchasing audit
+ Responsible for the daily operation of the financial oversight audit process
+ Responsible for the audit process coordination and communication with external audit
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or related
+ Above 5 years audit related experience in multinational enterprises, Consumer industry experience is a highly recommended
+ CPA or related qualification is a strong plus
+ Familiar with audit procedures and financial management processesExcellent communication, coordination and management skills
+ Good work ethic and team spirit
+ Big 4 experience is a plus
