ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a global leading company in the automotive industry with China HQ in Shanghai. This company is expanding aggressively and is looking for a Treasury Manager to support their further business expansion through merger and acquisition in Great China.
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Downtown location in Shanghai
# of subordinates:
2 direct reports
Reporting to:
Head of Treasury China
Team size:
5 team members
Travelling:
20% within China
Recruitment process:
3 Rounds of Face to Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Provide leadership to all treasury related activities for the in-house and external company
+ Responsible for banking relationship especially for M&A activities and short-term asset management
+ Responsible for fund raising activities and strategic hedging activities
+ Responsible for coordination with Business Unite in project identification and execution
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in Finance related major, MBA is a strong plus
+ Above 5-year experience with reputable track record in multinational companies, international banking experience is a plus
+ CPA, CFA and related certificate is highly preferred
+ Expertise in assets management and fund raising is essential
+ Strong attention to details and data analysis
+ Strong capability in communication and business negotiation
+ Results oriented with strong time management skills
+ Independence working capability within time pressure
