职位描述
Key responsibilities:
Based in VCDC, is responsible for Dealer Management Systems covering strategic, tactical, operational, integration, supplier management and deployment and maintenance of DMS at all dealers in China
1. Business and IT Strategic alignment
a) Responsible to translate Business Strategic requirements into DMS-developments
b) Maintain development and release plan in line with business priorities and in support of Business Growth and Dealer Network expansion
2. Tactical and Operational management
a) Plan and Implement short-term enhancement and changes to continue to support the day-to-day business ate dealers
b) Ensure that required support structures are in place to resolve problems
c) Ensure that regular user-trainings are conducted to make efficient use DMS
3. Supplier Relationship management
a) Ensure that external suppliers follow agreed enhancements to deploy changes according business priorities
b) Run regular review meetings with suppliers to review agreed SLA’s and costs
4. Architecture and Integration
a) Responsible that Group IT standards for dealers are applied and maintained
b) Is responsible that the DMS-Architecture is in line with current and future Group IT standards and that integrations and interfaces are implemented according Group IT standards
c) Responsible for Quality assurance and end-to-end user acceptance test for agreed functionality
5. Interaction and Interface within IT and Business Functions
a) Responsible for the DMS lifecycle management / release management to ensure the business priority and technical architecture /technology is in balance.
b) Responsible to run regular meetings with VCDC-Business and dealers to agree on future development plans and required funding
c) Has full responsibility to run the DMS-Governance meetings covering all aspects of DMS and performance of external providers. (Governance meetings to cover VCDC- and Dealer-facing meetings)
d) Reports regular status on DMS-quality and provide inputs for improvements
e) Informs about upcoming and planned changes (corporate level) and plans for deployment
6. Organisation and teams
a) Has full responsibility over the IT-resources support DMS
b) Ensure that required IT-resources (and related competences) are allocated to support agreed activities (External as well as Internal Resources)
c) Ability and experience working with global teams
7. Financials
a) Has full responsibility of the IT-part of the DMS, including funding model for development
b) Maintains the Cost Model and recharge agreements to dealers
c) Responsible for total DMS-IT budget
Qualification:
Academic Qualifications Required:
a) High level of academic certification
b) Strategic Business Development
c) Automotive Retail Business
d) Detailed knowledge of Industrial and Market IT-trends
Experience Required:
Excellent skills in :
a) Communication, Leadership, convincing, conflict resolution, presentation, team spirit, analytical and structured approach
b) Supplier management
c) Pro-active risk management and mitigation
d) Commercial and technical skills
e) Experience in working in a local and global context
f) Team player, self-motivator
g) Fluent English in reading and writing
