Responsibility:
Main responsibility: Focus on new HR service administration and C&B data analysis as the need of business and C&B Function excellence, details is as below:
1. Supplemental benefits administration work:
- EAP service administration and vendor management
- Support on Healthmiles project pilot and roll out in 2014;
- Service year awards (TBD)
- Supplemental pension administration
- Social security administration (Back up Lucia Liu)
2. C&B Data Analysis and FE
- Supplemental pension alignment in China ABO
- Supplemental pension administration process optimization
- Retirement Process
- Extend housing loan assistance service to CTT
- Automation of Benefit operation
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree
- 2 + years HR working experience
- Good capability of data analysis and PM experience is a plus
- Good communication and execution capability
- Fluent English in both writing and verbal
