ABOUT DIRECT HR:

An European motor manufacturer of DC motors and thermal products
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Review & evaluate factory performance and implement policy and procedure to improve the overall production targets to achieve
+ Manage the production operations and processes for electrical and electronics products
+ Monitor and control the use of production cost, materials, quality & delivery with on-time schedule
+ Improve the production operating policy and management systems.
+ Responsible for workforce on-job training to improve work-related skills and knowledge
Requirements:
+ Degree or above in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
+ Minimum 10 years solid experiences in automotive manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years at production manager position at MNC
+ Experience in DC motor, thermal products will be a plus
+ Knowledge in Lean, Six-Sigma process is an advantage
+ Possess strong strategic planning and communication skills
+ Strong in decision making & have strong sense on both production and quality issues
+ Familiar with ERP system operation preferably
+ Able to lead the team to achieve the company target with strong planning and controlling technique
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
