职位描述
工作内容:
1To realize company and departmental philosophy / culture according to agreed business objectives.
2.To be able to keep confidential business information.
3.Handle the communication between sales and company internal departments.
4.To prepare Fax, email, or correspondence docs (bi-lingual if needed) to external customers according to request.
5.Coordinate info flow between production, project, and logistics departments to assist in project execution process.
6.To generate quotations and order confirmation according to sales managers’ request, and follow up reminder to sales on pending quotations periodically and pro-actively.
7.To assist in handling shipping documents, tax and duties according to customer need.
8.To prepare bidding documents and related procedure docs.
9.To Collect info from TSM and summarize monthly report.
10.To assist in important documents translation
11.To assist in coordination of internal Sales meeting and customer events such as exhibition, open house, show run, and technical seminars.
12.Handling of daily administrative issue within Salesdepartment such as air ticket release, cash reimbursement, customer receipt, meeting minutes record, reference visit arrangement, itinerary arrangement, file sorting and delegated phone/ faxes/ Email replies etc
Requirements:
1.College degree or above.
2.More than 2 years working experiences at similar position
3.Engineering background or has related working experience.
4.Good command of English.
5.Good ability to comprehend complex (written and oral) request.
6.Good communication skill.
