MISSION

2. Assist drivers with our working methods and standards to be followed
3. Correct non-compliances identified during the loading process
4. Communicate everyday with Local Quality Coordinator
5. Ensure a daily report

AREA OF ACTIVITY:

1. Ensure a presence at loading area
? Wearing a clothing in line with all PPE (safety shoes & high visibility jacket).
? Spend 95% of his time on the field in loading area.
2. Assist drivers with our working methods and standards to be followed
? Master perfectly all of our standards.
? Be always calm and courteous. Refuse the conflict and train in a pedagogical way drivers to the customer standards.
? Anticipate and prevent the situations that can generate damages on transported vehicles.
3. Correct non-compliances identified during the loading process
? Correct drivers in case of non-compliance identified on the NV.
? Motivate systematically drivers to apply standards for the NV transportation.
4. Communicate everyday with Local Quality Coordinator
? Report non-compliant cases that could not be corrected immediately.
? Make a summary of all observations of the day (non-compliance, specific problems etc.)
5. Ensure a daily report
? Record in the database the trucks checks carried out at the end of the day.

EXPECTED PERFORMANCE

？ Detect the differences in comparison with Standards during the loading and unloading of NV .
？ Train drivers to Quality Standards.
？ Guarantee the compliance of all trucks with quality standards along the supply chain
？ Report daily the checks carried out during the day.
