ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a German Auto Parts Manufacturer.

Salary:

Location:
Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China

Reporting to:
General Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Estimate viability of new products, design engineering process according to requirement, maintain the master data (BOM/SAP)
+ Design and make the moulding, fixture and jig, and control the cost
+ Follow up the procedure of product engineering to ensure it delivered in time
+ Make sure of the quality of new product to meet the mass production requirement
+ Fully in charge of the implementation of engineering change which based on improving cost saving , delivery and quality
+ Manage all tooling related issues(lifecycle, yield, loading) for continuous improvement
+ Survey the selection and purchasing of capital equipment
+ Establish and update the engineering documents and files to meet the requirements of TS16949 and ISO14001 ect
+ Other tasks assigned by the boss

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above and major in engineering
+ Familiar with quality system of TS16949 and ISO14001, and EHS knowledge
+ Above 10 years job experience of engineering or moulding management, and automobile industry experience is preferred
+ Good skills and experience in program management
+ Good understanding of the special requirement of clients, and realize it effectively
+ Good team work spirit and attitude
+ Fast learning and can work under higher pressure
+ Good English communication skills
