Experience 工作经验 Five (5) years experiences of account management in mechanical / mechatronic or related industry.
English英语 Excellent command of English both in oral and written.CET6 or equivalent.
Skills 技能：
1）MS Office Computer software proficiency with MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
2) SAP 或ERP经验 Knowledge of MRP (Baan) system is an added advantage.

3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

5. Good at working on details.
6. Able to work under pressure and work relatively long hours when necessary.
Main Responsibility /工作职责
1. Communicate with Global KAM for account development, new opportunities, and project status. –10%
2. Set up account plan and action. – 10%
3. Maintain good relationship with customer interfaces and obtain information such as financial and market status, etc. –10%
4. Establish cost structure and margin setting in quotes. Prepare proposals to customers in the form of quotation, pricing and delivery. –20%
5. Initiate project discussion with planners and project engineers in areas of project capability, manpower and facility planning. –10%
6. Interpret business and project requirements with customers. –15%
7. Adjust and track manufacturing and delivery plan according to customer’s updated forecast. –20%
8. Deal with customer complaints to assure total customer satisfaction. –5%
