GE Shenhua Gasification Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “JV”) is jointly established by General Electric Company (hereinafter referred to as “GE”) and Shenhua Group Co., Ltd. By integrating GE’s advanced technology in gasification and clean power generation into Shenhua group’s rich experience in the development and operation of coal gasification as well as coal-fired power plant projects, the JV provides advanced clean coal technology solutions in China with efficient coal water slurry pressurized gasification technology.

合资公司以发展绿色、经济、低碳、环保和可持续性为己任，致力于清洁煤技术的研究、开发和应用，现阶段的主营业务是以清洁煤在工业领域应用为基础的高效水煤浆加压气化技术，并致力于开发具有广阔前景的煤气化联合循环发电项目（IGCC）。

Aiming to develop green, economy, low carbon, environmental protection and sustainability, the JV has been committed to the research, development and utilization of clean coal technology. Its current main business is efficient coal water slurry pressurized gasification technology which is based on the application of clean coal in industry and also committed to the development of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) which is expected to have great market potential.

合资公司是中美两国清洁能源合作框架下具有战略意义的重要项目之一。2009年11月美国总统奥巴马访问中国期间，神华集团与GE签订了《关于设立气化技术合资公司的备忘录》。2011年1月在胡锦涛主席访美期间，在中国国家能源局和美国能源部领导的共同鉴证下，由中国神华煤制油化工有限公司代表神华集团同GE在华盛顿正式签订了合资公司合同，并订立合资公司章程。

The JV is one of the key projects with strategic significance under Sino-U.S. cooperation frame in clean energy. “Memorandum Regarding Establishing a JV Engaged in Gasification Technology” was signed between Shenhua group and GE during the U.S. president Obama’s visit to China in November, 2009. With the witness of officials from China National Energy Administration and the U.S. Department of Energy, China Shenhua Coal liquid and Chemical Co., Ltd. on behalf of Shenhua group signed officially the contract with GE of the JV in Washington and concluded the Articles of Association of the JV during China president Hu Jintao’s visit to the U.S.

· 处理邮件、快递 Arrange posting and courier

· 完成上级交办的其他任务 Other administrative duties

要求 Requirements：

· 本科毕业 Bachelor’s Degree

· 最少二年工作经验 At least 2 years’ work experience

· 文笔良好 Good writing skill

· 熟悉 MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint Familiar with MS Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint

· 英语沟通良好 Good spoken and written English

· 英语专业六级 CET-6

· 良好的沟通能力. Good communication skills

· 工作积极主动,细致认真，形象良好. Good initiative & detail-orientated and presentable
