Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
• Drive QMS (including ISO 27001, 9001 and 13485) excellence, implementation and continuous improvement in China Service including remote field sites. • Be responsible for ISO certificate renewal and facilitating external audit. Keep organization updated on ISO standard revision. • Take lead to organize internal QMS training and audit (quality system, quality manual, quality procedures, work instructions and updates, etc) to identify QMS gaps, drive improvement and raise employees’ awareness. • Lead cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and preventative actions. Drive finding closure from external/internal audit and self risk assessment. • Prioritize, propose and implement actions required to achieve and/or maintain sustainable quality standards. Balance improvement required actions against resource/cost. • Lead, manage or support all regulatory inspection preparation activities. • Ensure any changes have been appropriately validated and documented in accordance. Issue periodical internal audit plan, ensure finish task on time. Follow up corrective action and make it close on time. Approval/reject supplier/third party according to audit results and their performance.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor Degree;• 6+ years relevant experiences;• Independent working capability;• High moral standard, with high integrity and honesty, motivated and a team player• Be familiar with quality management system such as ISO9001, TL9000,ISO13485 and AS9100, the candidate has abundant experience of establishing andcontinuous improvement of those quality management systems.• Show resolution to drive continuous improvement.• Good communication and team player.Accurate working style• Good abilities on PC skills and English understanding; • Can be on frequency travel.
