Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to regional sales team, distributors and end-users on moisture & gas measurement products including Moisture Analyzers, Transmitters & Portable Hygrometers, Oxygen/Flue Gas Analyzer, as well as Hydrogen Analysis, etc.
• Make appropriate configuration according to the customer's application data sheets, and generate/revise proposals accordingly.
• Generate and manage CPO process.
• Assist sales team to visit customers to provide moisture & gas technology solutions for the customers.
• Communicate with global engineering team and technical support team to provide timely and professional support to customers.
• Communicate requirements for order fulfillment to supply chain and projects engineering teams.
• Provide technical training to sales, distributors and customers.
• Provide technical presentation, demonstration to customers.
• Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process.

Qualifications/Requirements
•BSc. Degree or above in Electronics, Automation or Instrumentation
•Strong domain knowledge on moisture & gas technology
•Above 4 years of application engineer, sales or service experience, preferably in Process Controls or Automation products
•Experience in Pressure, Flow, Moisture Measurements would be an advantage
•Results-oriented, good communication and seminar presentation skills with a pleasant personality
•Receptive to change/ new ways of thinking, highly energetic leader with initiative & confidence.
•Passion for global interaction, willing to work in a matrix organization
•Ability to communicate well in English and Mandarin
