职位描述
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy
Harmonize with the Business Plan, active participation in short and long term HR planning, execution and development. Implement the HR best practices which support the HR strategy, processes, policies.
2. Organizational development
Participate in organizational changes, able to support it on proactive way. Able to support the Management in order to develop the effectiveness of the organization. The HR Business Partner is a Change messenger within the company who can encourage the people with positive attitude and communication during everyday business life.
3. Talent Management
Participate in key position and key people definition, and work out an action plan for them with the Management.
Participate in their individual training plan with professional, skills development program and with coaching/mentoring tools.
4. Performance appraisal
Implement and manage the yearly evaluation system and support the Managers to make the goal and objective settings.
5. Employee relationship
Build up the effective relationship with employees.
6. Processes and procedures
Implement and update the HR policies, procedures, performance appraisal process, and yearly salary review.
7. Recruitment and selection
Manage the whole process of recruitment for white and blue colours as well. Define the profile, recruitment channels and keep strong relationship with HR suppliers. Pre-selection of CV-s, build up the job interview technics and process and implement different selection tools like Predictive Index and tests for operator selection. Participate in end of probation evaluation.
8. Training & Development
Implement and manage the new employee orientation process. Define the yearly training plan together with local Management. Proposal for professional and skills development programs. Selection of HR training suppliers. Create a training handbook, define the minimum training requirement of all position within the organization.
9. Labour and legislation
Manage the new comers and leavers process. Build up a strong relationship with the Payroll company. Insure the working contracts, job description according to the local law. Provide Managers with labour law and practice in everyday business life.
10. Compensation & Benefit
Manage the yearly budget planning: headcount, salary, benefits, employer fees, HR cost. Review the market salaries, benchmarks and proposal making changes if it is need. Fulfil the monthly reporting to the HR Director China. Implement, manage a local bonus and incentive system together with HRD. Create a local job grading system, harmonized with other Regional best practices within TRIGO China.
