职位描述
HEALTH & SAFETY
You are responsible for your own safety and that of others, and as such you will respect the applicable health and safety rules and report any risk situations
AREA OF ACTIVITY - DAILY ROUTING
- Handle customer bookings & resolve their enquirers in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and standards
- Provide customer appropriate and relevant information when required
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential
- Follow SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) and process shipment in regard with both routing orders and ad-hoc request from customer
- Apply New Customer in System
- Assist in the Preparation of Notes/Materials for Customer Meetings if any
- Control AR
- Handle daily, weekly & monthly KPI reports if any
- Operational Issue Resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Follow Code of Conduct
AREA OF ACTIVITY - COMMUNICATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL

- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate OFR Operations to meet customer requirements
- Support supervisor to prepare any required reports
- Assist supervisor in handling export through completing all assigned duties and tasks
External

- Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization’s business processes
