职位描述
Job Purpose
Be responsible for service call enquiries from customers, co-ordination of service work and delivery of orders that does not require installation. Support the Project team in processing service orders for Service Point Program.
Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle all service calls from clients and arrange service work to be carried out promptly.
2. Maintain a service work file/report and monitor progress of service work.
3. Upon receipt of Punch List sent by the Project team, enter CAR orders along with all supporting documents required by the CAR SOP guidelines.
4. Process all service works and parts claimed for repair during the warranty period.
5. Track the status of CAR orders, bring the CAR to an early closure, and notify the customers of resolution.
6. Initiate Customer Satisfaction Survey on project works through email correspondences with the customers.
7. Consolidate and schedule all service works to be on the same day, whenever possible, to reduce service cost.
8. Ensure all paperwork such as Delivery Orders, Project Handover Forms and Work Orders are complete with customer’s sign-off to facilitate the billing and payment process.
9. Update, prepare and submit Monthly Sales Quality Metrics Reports to Quality Department.
10. Process quotations and confirmed service orders transacted through the Harmony Program.
11. Ensure all Harmony Program works are promptly attended to for billing to the customers.
Basic understanding of how other departments contribute to overall business.
