1. Relation to business structure
Lead the work with Andon with Fixed Stop Position in VCCD.

2. Purpose
To implement Andon with Fixed Stop Position in each factory we need to have one Andon expert that can take decision and support the Andon coach with daily questions and problems.
Show the organization how to lead and produce cars with Andon.

3. Main Task
Coordinate the work between Andon coaches in each factory.
Be the link between the management groups and the Andon coaches.
Ask the “right” questions to the managers, so we get Andon focus in the management teams.
Work with the Andon report, so we get the right focus on deviations.
Help the factory’s with installation that needs fine tuning.

4. Responsibility
Work for that we get the factory′s to react on Andon pulls and drive the work continues improvement.


5. Authority
Coach and support the organization.

Good knowledge about the way of working with Andon with Fixed Stop Position.
Skilled in produce cars, experience from other car manufacturing is a demand.
