ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is an international company which produces large machinery.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Weifang, Shandong Province, China
Reporting to:
CFO
Travelling:
Rarely
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsibility for the company’s controlling
+ Participation in the company’s budgeting
+ Financial oversight of all projects
+ Close cooperation with the CFO
+ Implementation of a financial reporting system according to headquarters’ specifications
+ Deliver regular financial reports to headquarters
+ Introduction of a controlling system for all China operations
+ Others as assigned by manager
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in business science with focus on Finance
+ At least 4 years of work experience in the field of finance within multinational companies in China
+ Finance experience within a foreign production company, best a foreign agriculture production company is preferred
+ Excellent knowledge of Chinese regulations, reporting standards and business culture
+ Experience in International Accounting
+ Any accounting certificate is much preferred, eg GAAP or others
+ Proven leadership and change management skills
+ Self motivated and strong problem solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in international teams
+ Excellent communication skills on all levels, particularly in an intercultural context
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
+ Additional German knowledge is preferred
