Role Summary/Purpose

Applications Specialist of Ultrasound Team is responsible for providing the formal technical and clinical support during the sales process within in a limited geographic region for Ultrasound Product. Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography.

Essential Responsibilities

• 在指定的区域内通过提供售前/售后的产品演示和临床应用的支持,协助销售团队完成公司下达的销售额等各项指标，实现业务良性增长；
• 对客户，代理商和销售代表提供产品和临床应用的培训；
• 收集，整理和分析市场产品信息，并在团队内进行分享，开发销售工具和策略；
• 配合销售和市场团队进行产品市场推广和演示工作，协助组织各种展会；
• 解决客户使用中的临床问题，收集客户的使用反馈，提高客户的满意度，建立长期的客户关系；
• 维护所在区域的专家关系，协助客户开展临床科研。

Qualifications/Requirements

• 大学本科或以上学历，医学背景优先；
• 3年以上临床工作经验，有超声波设备培训经验优先；
• 高度诚信和敬业精神，遵守公司各项制度；
• 良好的沟通能力和影响力；
• 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作，熟练操作电脑
• 卓越的对内对外沟通技能及问题解决能力；
• 良好团队协作精神和技能（包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力）
• 良好的演讲技能
• 能够承受相应压力，独立工作，并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
• 熟悉临床科研者优先
• 能够适应经常出差。
