Responsibilities:（工作职责）
1. Develop and implement the process quality control and an integrated quality assurance management system in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection
2. Coordinate for specific products across quality functions
3. Knowledge and high capacity of understanding customer s policies, production processes and procedures to properly execute according to the customer s requirements.
4. Drive for process continual improvement activities
5. Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and using quality tools and statistical techniques
6. Provide product, process and quality related tool trainings to team members
7. Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP
Qualifications:（职位要求）
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management
2. Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, APQP, calibration, etc.
3. Knowledge and experience in ISO 9,000, 14.000 and OSHAS, and in implementing integrated Quality Management systems.
4. High capacity of understanding production processes.
5. ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits
6. Bachelor or above, but Polymer related major and/or experience is preferred, especially Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
7. Being Quality minded is a must.
8. Have the analytical skills necessary to do root cause investigation
9. Very good written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer
10. Very good English communication, both oral and written
11. Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
12. Capacity of managing and organizing teams.
