任职要求：
？ 4-6 year working experience/knowledge on procurement engineer or equivalent position at automotive industry.
？ Familiar and experienced on stamping, welding, fastener or injection molding.
？ Bachelor degree in mechanical, engineering or equivalent.
？ Familiar with CAD/CAE or related engineering or product design software.
？ Good English skills on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
？ Skilled in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
工作职责：
？ Work together with current qualified suppliers to pursue continual improvement opportunities on quality, process, technique and cost.
？ Develop new suppliers based on program or operation request.
？ New supplier capability evaluation and analysis
？ New supplier product/tooling feasibility evaluation and analysis.
？ New supplier cost competitiveness evaluation and analysis.
？ Work together with buyers on commercial negotiation with all suppliers for competitive price.
？ Work together with related function groups on new supplier audit, performance review, engineering change following.
？ Work together with global commodity team on new resource/product developing or localization.
？ Participate in TS16949 / ISO14001 system implement
？ Other tasks assigned by purchasing manager
