Company Description:

We are a listed company and one of the leading cosmetics retailers in Southeast Asia with business in major countries of the region. To cope with our aggressive growth and expansion plan, we are inviting high caliber individuals to join our rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities

1.Collect and analyze internal and external data to formulate strategic advice on market and consumer trends

2.Build a set of analytical resources, meaningful reporting, and methodologies to enhance decision-making support

3.Forecast and review sales performance, promotion effectiveness, new products launch, slow moving merchandises and brand product map, etc.

4.Engage in all aspects of setting and refining strategy and annual operating budget

5.Investigate problem and drive internal parties enhancement

6.Ad hoc duties may be assigned by management

Requirements

1.University graduate with 5 years or above business analysis experiences in FMCG

2.Experience in stock management and report monitoring

3.Strong in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and BI tools

4.Proactive work attitude and genuine interest in beauty products and retail industry

5.Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Business Analyst
