Summary of the Role:
Manage windows clients' requirements and lead a group of service desk resources

Main responsibilities:
·Propose and implement the best solutions for the variety of clients' requests and changes due to new business requirements.
·Manage helpdesk team with passion to apply technology capabilities for achieving high quality end-user services in a cost-efficient way
·Promote processes that support the ITIL methodology, incident management, change management and risk management.
·Provides appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and associated metrics for service performance measurement.
·Measure and report on service delivery performance metrics including customer satisfaction surveys and issue ticket open, closed and breached statistics.
·Work with China and HQ IT teams closely, responsible to plan, setup and rollout of the local projects in clients and service desk areas
IT asset management.

Position Requirements
·Bachelor degree or equivalent experiences.
·4-6 years service desk experience with complex environment. At least 2 years' experience of managing a Service Desk;
·Strong technical knowledge on OA environment, PC, workstation, printer, conference phone, etc.
·Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications.
·ITIL Service Delivery qualification is highly preferable;
·Project Management experience.
·Understanding of business demands and business strategy
·Strong negotiation skill and Communication skills
·Strong team spirit
Fluent oral and written English

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experiences.

Experience Required
4-6 years service desk experience in a complex environment
