· Lead infrastructure and system projects; ensure all projects to be completed on time within budget with quality

· Strong project management skills including project initiation, define scope, manage resources and budget, develop schedule, issue/risk management and communication to stakeholders

· Interact with cross-function IT groups in China and HQ.

· Report out program/project progress, issues/risks, and financial status to senior management

· Ensuring that the overall program structure and program management processes in place

· Motivate project teams to successfully complete their work

· Ability to identify stakeholders, understand their needs and expectation, and manage their expectations

Control Program budget and forecasts

· 5+ project management experience required

· Strong people management and coordination skills.

· Experience in selecting and working with suppliers

· Solid knowledge in systems, e.g. server, network, storage, AD, disaster recovery, data center, video conferencing, VOIP, hosting, cabling, security system, and etc.

· Strong ITIL knowledge and experience preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills. Able to build up team spirit and can motivate team. Can communicate & work across organizations and with all levels of staff and management.

· Able to work efficiently under high pressure. Minimal travel required.

· Excellent oral and written English

· Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

· Strong team work spirit. Self-motivator and flexible.

· Structured and open minded.

PMP certification desired


Academic Qualifications

Bachelor or Master or equivalent


Experience Required

5+ years working experience in global companies

Automobile industry experience preferred

Large infrastructure project management experience a plus
