PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Support TR on importation and exportation clearance for trading sample, collateral, equipment and etc.
？ Well understand TR requirement and ensure key marketing/sales program can be met.
？ Timely acknowledge TR team to new or revised laws and regulations that may impact business.


2. Importation clearance for TR shipments
？ Efficiently working with TR marketing to get complete and accurate product information for Customs & CIQ declaration.
？ Control in-bond procedure within agreed LT through coordinating with courier and broker.
？ Prepare payment of Duty and broker charges for TR shipments
？ Timely update TR Sample shipment tracking report. Inform all related departments at 1st moment if any delays occurred and problem solving.


3. Coordinate with TR and DC on receiving
？ Notice TRD and DC of delivery schedule one day in advance
？ Instruct broker to deliver cleared goods to office and DC based on TR’s requirement
？ Support bonded warehouse on receiving if needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 4 years’ working experience of import and export
Having profound knowledge of PRC Customs policies and regulations, preferably in Cosmetics or Food industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
Be able to work independently and under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, Words, etc.
Good command of English in both spoken and written.
