职位描述
- Managing and coordinating PI resource allocation & availability
- Authorizing deliverables & system acceptance
- Active participation in the conceptual design such like parameter dictionary updating, 2D(i-GAD) and 3D(toolbox) parametric templates updating.
- By good communication between IT development team and TKE business team, collecting requirements in the sequence of priority, figure out parametric template and function spec as before-hand preparation for IT developer technique spec making.
- Implementation of organizational/process improvements
- Developing policies & procedures
- Define authorization and security requirement for the CAD application system
- Developing end user training plans and training databases, in conjunction with IT
- Assisting in the determination of the data migration rules
- Provides test scenarios, test data and performs User Acceptance Testing.
- Data entry for items not included in the data migration/conversion.
- Ensuring the business targets and objectives are met by the CAD application system.
- Identifying and managing mission critical business scenarios in the Fields and Manufacturing environment and validating expected results versus actual results.
- To participate user survey in person. Working with IT to validate the sources of data, resulting converted data, and design and output of forms and reports.

- To propose/collect and evaluate the cost/benefits of proposed changes to the system and associated processes in the business. Advocate changes as well as methodologies that will benefit the operation they are responsible for and the BU to the governance team.
- Evaluate and communicate the potential +/- impact on their operation of system changes advocated by other operations.

Job Requirements:
- Abundant experience of 2D-CAD system like AutoCAD and either one of 3D-CAD systems like Pro-E, UGS, CATIA, Solidworks.
- Good understanding to parametric design in engineering science of 2D and 3D CAD system. It includes: Core technology, basic theory of how it works, how will better or worse parametric design take effect on real business.

- Experience regarding Business change management control.
- Degree in Business (Engineering), Computer Science
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, Korean and/or Hindi a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to working within a decentralized matrix management structure
- At least 4-7 years of solid experience, including at least 2 years in a management or consulting role.
- Project Management experience and training
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative discipline.
