岗位职责：
Responsibility:
1.与生产部门协作初始标准成本的制定，并完成在SAP中的设置；与设备部门协作，进行固定资产管理；
1. Coordinate with Operation department to establish the standard cost and setup in SAP system; Work with project team to maintain the fixed assets.
2.收集和维护采购和制造过程中成本的数据，以确保准确性和完整性。
2. Collect and maintain cost data in purchasing and manufacturing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3.分析复核生产及采购价格差异,以提供合理化的改善建议
3. Review and analyze manufacturing variance and purchase price variance, to provide constructive suggestions for potential improvements.
4.准备月度存货报告，包含库存账龄，库存状况及总结报告；准备固定资产管理报告，包括盘点、资产状况等；
4. Prepare monthly inventory report, including inventory aging, inventory status & summary report; Prepare the fixed assets report, including physical accounting and status of all assets.
5.提供实际成本与预算及滚动预测的差异分析报告.
5. Perform cost variance analysis between budget/ rolling forecast and actual.
6.协助成本核算相关的政策及流程，以改善和加强内部控制的建议和实施，并确保管理到位。
6. Assist in proposal & implementation for costing related policy, process and procedure, to improve & enhance internal control, and ensure sound management in place.
7.其他管理所需的工作

任职资格：
Qualifications:
1. 大学专科及以上学历，会计学或财务管理专业
1.Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting.
2. 3年以上制造型工厂成本经验；有化工生产企业成本核算经历优先；有固定资产管理经验；
2. At least 3 years costing experience in a manufacturing company; FA management expense and costing experience in a chemical company is preferred.
3.良好的分析及独立解决问题能力
3.Good analytical skills with independence problem solving capability.
4. 熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件； 有SAP经验者优先
4.Familiar with the financial software, Excel, Word and other office software; SAP experience is preferred.
5.良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
5.Good communication skill and team work spirit.
6.良好的英语说写能力
6.Good command of English, both spoken and written.
