Title: Accounting Control Manager

Responsibilities

工作职责

? Prepare monthly corporate and management reporting, conduct financial analysis, budget/planning and assist Financial Controller on ad hoc assignments

准备每月的公司和管理报表，进行财务分析、预算/计划，协助财务总监完成特别任务

? Handle full set of accounts/books

处理整套账目/帐簿

? Be experienced and proficient in preparing / managing cash flow and tax planning flow

熟悉、精通现金流转和税收计划流程

? Deal with complex corporate structures such as multiple legal entities including trading company and manufacturing plants

处理复杂的公司结构，如多法人实体包括商贸公司和制造工厂

? Develop and implement internal policies and control in compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley

制定并执行内部政策，控制其与Sarbanes-Oxley相一致

? Be experienced in setting up accounting system and using ERP system to provide timely and accurate financial information / sales reporting / cost analysis for management decision

熟悉会计系统的建立，使用ERP系统为管理决策及时提供准确的财务信息/销售报表/成本分析

Requirements

职位要求

? Professionally Qualified Accountant, CICPA with Degree in Accounting/Finance

合格的专业会计，获得CICPA认证的会计/财务证书

? Min 6 – 7 years progressive accounting experience gained from Manufacturing industries

至少6-7年在制造行业不断积累的的会计经验

? 4 Big firm audit experience is prefer

四大会计事务所审计经验优先

? Hardworking with high level of maturity, initiative and able to work under pressure

? Proficient in both written and spoken English

英语书面、口头表达流利

? Strong communication and inter-personal skill

沟通能力、人际交往能力强

? Ability to deal with different levels of finance, sales and operational personnel and strong project management skills
