Finance Reporting & Analysis

Job Description:

You will report to the Financial Controller directly. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely monthly/annually reporting and other reports both in China and headquarters. Forecast & analysis relevant finance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support to generate annual budget and routine forecast;
2. Be responsible for monthly reports preperation;
3. Be responsible for sales Performance Analysis and develop reports;
4. Perform analysis on operation result base on management request.
5. Assist to set up financial and operational metrics to support business decision;
6. Support to submit the relevant reports to headquarters in Italy;
7. Expense reports checking.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields;
2. CPA will be preferred;
3. At least 4 years working experience in Finance/Accounting area, minimum 1 year related experience in financial analysis. MNC working experience will be preferred;
4. Excellent in Microsoft Excel operation, especially in insert function. Experience in 'Hyperion' financial system will be preferred;
5. Good oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin.


财务分析专员

职位描述：

直接向财务总监报告，主要职责是，负责月度,年度报表以及总部的相关报表。并对相关财务进行分析和预测。

岗位职责：

1. 协助完成年度预算，日常财务预测等；
2. 负责公司财务的每月或季度总结，撰写财务分析及预算报告；
3. 对销售数据进行财务分析，并制作分析报告以及提出改进建议；
4. 根据公司管理层的要求，对运营结果进行财务分析；
5. 协助制定财务和运营的衡量指标以支持业务决策；
6. 协助完成总部报表；
7. 审核费用报告。

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，会计或财务相关专业；
2. 持有CPA资格证书者优先；
3. 4年以上财务工作经验，1年以上财务分析工作经验，有跨国公司工作经历者优先；
4. 熟悉Excel函数功能，熟悉Hyperion财务系统者优先；
5. 英文听说书写流利。
