1. Plan the plant facilities, be in charge of implementing ,following up ,coordination and so on . 2. Responsibilities

1. 根据合同约定、设计图纸及相关规范要求，严格督促检查施工单位、监理公司的日常工作，确保项目的质量、进度达到目标要求。并对本专业所负责项目负完全责任。According to the requirements of contracts, designed drawings and related standards, rigidly supervise the daily tasks by construction firms and supervision companies in order to make sure project quality and progress satisfy the target requirments. Fully responsible for the project with related speciality.
2. 协助项目主管解决项目施工中的设计施工问题以及现场协调工作。参与本专业现场经济签证、技术变更的审查工作。Support project manager with onsite coordination and to solve construction design issues. Participating in reviewing related on-site change order and technical modifications.
3. 协助配合其他专业现场工程师完成工作，做好现场本专业的技术资料。Coordinate with other field engineers to accomplish tasks, and make on-site related technical documents.

Qualifications

1.大学本科/Bachelor专业工民建、电气、给排水、暖通（中级职称）
Construction,electrical, drainage, HVAC (intermediate title)
2.3年以上工业项目施工管理经验，熟悉相关设计和施工规范，具有掌握和使用专业图纸、协调解决现场问题的能力。Minimum 3 years experience in industrial construction management; familiarity in relevent design and construction standards;ability to understand and use professional drawing; ability in coordinating and solving on-site problems.
3. 工作认真、踏实，具有良好的团队意识，并能长期驻外。Hard working,good team player, willing to work at field for longtime.
4. 熟悉运用绘图软件和日常办公软件。Proficient in operating drawing software and Microsoft Office.
