大庆招聘

1.Lead engineering design team with overall responsibility for managing the allocation of engineering design resources to best meet customer requirements as stated by the product management team within the Product Lifecycle Management System.
2.Assure the definition of technical concepts and their feasibility with result covering technical parameters and features, product cost estimates, and development effort estimates. Provide engineering input to product and project definition documents.
3.Secure project and program technical approval and continue oversight during the development. Monitor product cost during development.
4.Capture technical definitions and concepts in system specification for HW, FW, and SW.
5.Manages projects, and provides progress reports to see that the development is progressing according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines.
6.Implement necessary business processes and establish measures to evaluate engineering design performance.
7.Work closely with project management organization to incorporate the group’s schedule and deliverables in the system schedule and design deliverables.
8.Develops, plans and implements goals and objectives for the engineering department; prepares and administers internal policies and procedures relating to engineering program activities; interprets and explains applicable rules, laws and regulations to engineers and others.

SKILLS REQUIRED
1.Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
2.5-8 years of circuit and system design experience.
3.Personnel management experience.
4.Strong verbal and written command of English.
5.Experience working within international teams that are US and EU based.
6.Optionally project management experience.
