Drive improvement results via HOS suggestion, Lean, Kaizen, and other knowledge / best practice sharing.

As an expert in HOS standard work and site deployment, assist site leader in planning, deployment and enhancing HOS.
作为HOS标准化工作及工厂部署方面的专家，在安排、展开和提高HOS方面给领导提供支持。
Willing to challenge conventional thinking, drive accountability for site or functional HOS results and deployment, and sustain the application of HOS.
愿意挑战传统思维模式，对工厂及HOS成果负责，展开并持续应用HOS。
Developing and updating of HOS training package and curriculum and deploying training program.
开发及更新HOS培训系统和课程，并开展培训项目。
Drive HOS training and certifications to meet site goals.
发动契合工厂要求的HOS培训和认证。
Partner with site leadership in the selection, prioritization and deployment of HOS activities.
协助工厂领导挑选、优先排序及展开HOS活动。
Provide coaching and mentoring to site leader and site HOS Steering Committee while broadening application and understanding of HOS, strategies, and techniques.
在拓宽HOS战略和技术的理解和应用方面为工厂领导及HOS筹委会成员提供培训及指导。
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure expected progress achievement.
管理常规项目评论，以确保完成预期进程。
Coordinate, collect, and report HOS related metrics of a site or function.
调整，收集并汇报HOS相关数据
Work closely with other HOS experts across Honeywell for support and continued update of latest HOS enhancements.
与霍尼韦尔其他HOS专家紧密合作，并持续更新提高最新的HOS。
Qualification
-University degree and above; Major in Mechanism
大学本科或以上学历，主修机械
-Aero site experience in manufacturing, SCM, quality, etc for 5 – 10 years

-Strong sense of strategic insight and business acumen, Result driven
