Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop tender process & mechanisms and coordinate implementation • Drive tender compliance and quality across regions and P&Ls • Drive changes to improve tender process across regions and P&Ls • Drive commercial ITO related process simplification and system optimization • Lead process and project base line analysis , improvement solution • Support strategic imperatives (Growth, simplification & Quality) and initiatives to ensure the fulfillment of business requirements and to optimize business performance

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in business administration, statistics .etc.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial operations, project management or customer services• Excellent coordination, communication and influencing skills• Strong capability to lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet objectives• High work standard and quality ; action and results oriented• Solid skill in excel, Good English capability in both spoken and written.

Desired Characteristics

• Lean six sigma BB background is preferred• Project management skill, high passion and team player• Excel and PowerPoint expertise is preferred• Flexibility, good negotiation skills
