职位描述

Strategic Relevance: [CONTEXT]

Contribute to the achievement of SAI Global Assurance Services' strategic vision, by ensuring that, as the client services coordinator, all business and personal objectives are met through the appropriate implementation of policy, processes and systems.

? Manage non compass auditor documentation process to ensure all audit documentation is provided to Contractors and closed out within agreed timeframes.
? Arrange all travel & accommodation bookings nationally ensuring flight credits are utilised prior to expiry period.
? Provide a number of ad hoc administration duties and reports as required.
? To provide administrative support to the Client Services Team
? Delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction to internal and external clients.

Be Accountable for: [WHAT]

1. Operational Focus:

? Manage public non-compass/travel bookings inbox.
? Manage Salesforce non compass dashboard/reporting to ensure audit documentation is provided to Contractors 14 days prior to audit date.
? Complete non compass audit documentation, including uploading audit documentation, finalising time and expense and audit report groups.
? Process travel requests received in line with guidelines, where applicable.
? Manage and utilise all flight credits within specified timeframes.
? Process client data changes within agreed time frames and following certification rules.
? Accept and forward or respond to all inquiries received in an efficient, accurate and professional manner - logging where necessary.
? Manage and clear weekly exceptions appropriate to the role to ensure KPI's are met.
? Maintain the electronic customer files.

Education / Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:

? 1- 3 years experience in an administration/travel environment
? Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database experience
? Knowledge and/or experience with Certification desirable
