Objectives of the posotion

·Work as an expert of color technology for automotive external coatings.

·Raw material sourcing for new color space and color effect.

·Support design to develop primary formulation of colors and ensure proper Feasibility of the colors according to specific market purpose.

Main Tasks

·Contact raw material suppliers to search for valuable pigment for new color effect and color area or pigment replacement;

·Work with color designer and support to realize new design of colors base on company raw material toolbox and formulating guildlines;

·Respond to customer design for the request of color development according to relevant condition and specification;

·Communicate with technical experts to propose and maintain effective formulating regulations, test and judge Feasibility of new colors;

·Participate in internal global discussion related to color technology;

·Communicate and share know-how within technical center about color technology;

·Support to set up design event and answer technicial questions on the site;

·Ensure responsible work area meet company requirements of quality and EHS.

Requirement:

Education:University

Working Experience:6 years experience in Automotive Coatings or equivalent

Knowledge:Chemistry and Automotive Coatings
